TERMS OF USE · JULY 25, 2026
Proofbook helps you prepare. You remain in control of the record.
These terms govern access to Proofbook and explain the responsibilities that come with maintaining a household evidence record.
The service
Proofbook provides tools to store household evidence, organize possession details, review automated suggestions, and prepare inventory exports. It does not provide insurance, appraisal, legal, tax, restoration, or claims-adjusting services.
Your records
You are responsible for confirming item details, ownership, values, dates, and supporting documents. Automated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. A Proofbook export does not guarantee coverage, valuation, reimbursement, or claim approval.
Acceptable use
Use Proofbook only for records you have the right to store. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious software, or content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Subscription
The household plan is billed annually after the stated trial unless canceled before renewal. It includes 300 AI-assisted photo analyses per plan year, with a 25-analysis daily safeguard. Failed service attempts do not use the customer allowance. Uploads, manual inventory, exports, and deletion controls remain available when an analysis limit is reached. The account owner may manage payment details and cancellation through the billing portal.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Proofbook available and secure, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product improves. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Proofbook is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on automated suggestions.
