THE HARD DAY IS NOT THE DAY TO START

Your camera roll is not a home inventory.

After a loss, insurers may ask for itemized possessions, estimated costs, photos, receipts, warranties, appraisals, and other supporting records.

Proofbook keeps that package growing quietly in the background—room by room, before you need it.

A MORE USEFUL EVIDENCE PACKAGE

Built around the records you may be asked to provide.

Proofbook keeps the pieces together before a loss makes them urgent.

A LIGHTER WAY TO PREPARE

Four steps. No weekend-long cataloging project.

01

Walk the room

Take a few photos as you naturally move through the space. Photos from iPhones and most Android phones work.

02

Review what was found

Proofbook suggests visible possessions, brands, models, serials, and replacement categories.

03

Keep the useful proof

Add receipts, warranties, appraisals, and maintenance records when you already have them.

04

Export when it matters

Create a clean, itemized household inventory for an insurer or adjuster.

PPRIVATE

YOUR HOME IS PERSONAL

Evidence stays private until you choose otherwise.

Original files live in household-authorized storage. AI analysis happens only when you choose Analyze, and every detected item remains an unverified suggestion until you confirm it.

CLEAR ANSWERS BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Private evidence deserves plain language.

No hidden sharing model, no automatic AI scanning, and no promise that software can decide an insurance claim.

Is Proofbook insurance or an appraisal?

No. Proofbook helps you organize a household-maintained evidence record. It does not determine coverage, value, reimbursement, or claim approval.

What does the AI review?

Only a supported photo you intentionally choose to analyze. Proofbook sends an optimized copy to suggest visible possessions and details; every result remains unverified until you confirm it.

Which files work with Proofbook?

Photos from iPhones and most Android phones work. Proofbook accepts JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and HEIF photos; MP4 and MOV videos; and PDF documents. GIF, WebP, TIFF, BMP, and camera RAW files are not supported yet. AI item detection currently reviews supported photos only—not videos or PDFs.

What counts toward the 300 annual analyses?

One successful supported-photo analysis uses one review. Failed Proofbook attempts do not use your household allowance, and a 25-analysis daily safeguard prevents accidental bulk use.

Are my original files changed?

No. Original evidence remains untouched in private storage. Optimized copies are prepared only for analysis when you choose it.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel through the secure billing portal. Viewing, export, and deletion controls remain available, while paid creation and analysis features may end with plan access.
